A bite of China
Tired of mass-produced inauthentic Chinese food on campus? Ever wondered what real Chinese food tastes like? Join CSSA for a culinary culture event, showcasing four main regional cuisines in China—Shangdong, Jiangsu, Cantonese and Sichuan cuisines. Each of the participates will be served four main courses, representing each of the four regional cuisines respectfully, followed by an additional widely-liked Chinese desert. Taste and learn at a hand-on Chinese food culture classroom! More surprises await at the end of the event!
